How to get there From the International Airport
- Take Ruta Interbalnearia towards Punta del Este.
- Continue on this route, which merges into the Punta del Este Rambla, the seaside road (Avenida Costanera).
- Continue on the Rambla (Avenida Costanera) until Parada 5. These numbers are easy to find; just follow the signs in the central median strip.
- At Parada 5 turn left; you are on Avenida Pedragosa Sierra.
- Continue on Avenida Pedragosa Sierra, crossing several streets and 2 avenues with roundabouts (the first is Boulevard Artigas,and 600 meters beyond that is Avenida Roosevelt). When crossing the roundabouts please take into account that in Uruguay the traffic on the roundabout has the right of way.
- After crossing Avenida Roosvelt (the second roundabout) go on for about 100 meters on Avenida Pedragosa Sierra.
- You have reached AWA Boutique+Design Hotel, located on your right-hand side.
From San Carlos (if you are coming by land from Brazil)
- Take Route 39 towards Punta del Este.
- Go straight on. Route 39 merges into Boulevard Artigas, crossing under the bridge of the North accesses.
- Continue on Boulevard Artigas for 5,15 kilometers until you reach Avenida Roosevelt (there is a roundabout at the crossing).
- Turn left at the roundabout, and take Avenida Roosevelt.
- Continue on Avenida Roosevelt for another 0,84 kilometers until the roundabout at the crossing with Avenida Pedragosa Sierra.
- Turn left at the roundabout, taking Avenida Pedragosa Sierra.
- Continue for 100 meters on Avenida Pedragosa Sierra.

From La Barra
- Cross the bridge at La Barra, turn left to take the Rambla on Playa Brava.
- Continue driving on the Rambla on Playa Brava (Avenida Costanera) for 6 kilometers, until Avenida Roosevelt.
- Turn right on Avenida Roosevelt.
- Continue on Avenida Roosvelt for 800 meters, until the crossing at Avenida Pedragosa Sierra.
- Turn right into Avenida Pedragosa Sierra.
