Super High season minimum 7 nights. Carnival minimum 5 nights. Holy Week minimum 3 nights. Weekends minimum 2 nights. The minimum stays are not transferable to other rooms or persons Cancellation policy Low Season Long week-ends: a one-night NO SHOW fee will apply to reservations cancelled up to 48 hours before the check-in date. Regular weekends: a one-night NO SHOW fee will apply to reservations cancelled 24 hours before the check-in time. These cancellation policies do not apply to reservations for Super High, and High season, end of the year, January, February, Holy Week and other holidays. Reservations for 15 /12 to 15/01, Carnival and Holy Week will be confirmed after prepayment of 100% of the applicable rates. Reservations from 15/01 and February will be paid as follows: 50% at the time of booking, and the 50% balance at check-in. Reservations cancelled 15 days before the check-in date: a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Reservations cancelled 14 days before the check-in date: no payments will be returned. Prepayments for Super High season, end of the year, Carnival and Holy Week will not be returned. IMPORTANT NOTE: The following confirmation of reservation implies the obligation by the guest or person making the booking of paying the full price for the entire stay. No returns of payments shall be made when the guest leaves the hotel before the date that was originally booked or prepaid. Rooms may not be assigned to third persons.
